Terms of service
The short version: buy a license, use it within its terms, and if it isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days.
Orders and licenses
An order is accepted when we take payment and send your access. Buying a product grants you a license to use it under the tier you bought — Personal, Team or Commercial for templates and software; Self-paced or a supported tier for courses — not ownership of the underlying work.
Prices shown include tax where it applies. Tax is calculated at payment and shown before you confirm.
Payment
Payments are taken and processed by Whop. We never see or store your card details. Your statement will show the charge under the store name, not ours.
Refunds
You have 14 days from purchase to ask for a full refund, no questions asked for the first ask. This is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them. Refunds go back to the original card within five working days of the request.
Acceptable use
You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense anything you buy outside the terms of the tier you purchased. Using a Personal license commercially, or a Team license beyond its seat count, is a breach of these terms and may result in the license being revoked without a refund.
Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that we caused. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, and nothing here limits liability for death, injury or fraud, because it legally cannot.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware. If you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.
