What happens right after you pay
An email arrives within a minute of checkout, with a download link, an access link, or both depending on what you bought. It's also saved permanently in your Whop account, under the same purchase, so a lost email is never the end of it.

Re-downloading later
Every purchase sits in your Whop account under Memberships. Open it any time to get the download link again, resume a course from where you left off, or grab a re-issued license key if you switched machines.
Nothing arrived?
Check spam first — it's the most common cause. If it's genuinely not there after ten minutes, email us the order and we'll resend it directly; we don't make you wait on a courier because there is one.
