Refunds
Fourteen days to decide it isn't right for you. No form to fill in, and nothing to send back.
The window
Email us within 14 days of buying and we refund the full amount to the card you paid with, no questions asked for the first ask. There's nothing to return — access is simply switched off once the refund is processed.
A few things worth knowing
- A course refund removes access to the lessons; progress isn't saved for a later repurchase.
- Software refunds deactivate the license key on our end.
- Team and Commercial tiers refund the same way — email us the order, not each seat individually.
Past 14 days
Email us anyway. We handle a late one-off refund case by case, especially if something we sold didn't work as described — the window is there to stop buyer's-remorse refunds after months of use, not to trap a real problem.
