How we build
Everything we sell starts as something we needed ourselves.
We use it first
Nothing goes on sale until it's run against a real workflow of ours for at least a month. That's what the prompts in the library and the flowcharts in the blueprint have in common with the courses and the software: none of it was written to be sold before it was proven to work.
Why we don't build everything as software
A workflow that only needs to be understood once is a template or a course, not an app. We only reach for software when something genuinely needs to run repeatedly on its own — that's the line between Relay and a Notion doc, and we try to stay on the right side of it.
What we do with the ideas that don't work
We write them down anyway. The AI Leverage Playbook has a whole chapter on the six automations we tried and abandoned, because knowing what wastes a week is worth as much as knowing what saves one.
